Next, add a new event in the No couple section at the bottom, then link it to the newly added couple. This will create a new toggle section for them, so all related events are grouped together.
Days Since Event & Delivery Status are formula properties, so you do not need to change or update them. They will update automatically based on information from other related properties.
For the shooters, first add their email to this page and share the template with them. Then, in the Shooters property, you’ll see the names of everyone added in your Notion, and you can assign them to events from there.
