In general, people get distracted with events. I see this happen all the time where people just start touring to conf’s, going along meeting people blah blah, all of which is pointless or at least very not efficient.

However, it is very important for Pluralis to build presence, and this is a good way to do it. Every conference must have, a month prior to attending;

• At least one speaking engagement in some sense.

• A list of people that are 1) being reconnected with 2) connecting with for first time. This list should be at min 30 people, and usually much more. These should include potential hires, VC’s (for Alex), anyone on Pluralis cap table, anyone we want to get on cap table, potential partnerships, and potential customers.

• Meetings for the above should be scheduled ahead of time whenever possible.

The way we should split this up to minimize travel - is Alex goes to the crypto confs, does the panels/keynotes there - and all the AI confs someone else goes to and he doesn’t attend unless really necessary. This may mean someone else will have to run the side events we’ll put on at these, which can be a lot of work. Hopefully we’ll have a full time COO by then.
