Onboarding Guide for New Hires
1. Initial Steps
- Once hired, Alex will send you an offer letter. Please accept it to begin the onboarding process.
- You'll receive your Pluralis email and be added to our Slack channel.
2. Payroll Setup
- Based on your location, you'll be added to Xero (Australia) or Gusto (US).
- Please provide your personal and payment details for payroll processing.
- Payment Schedule: Employees are paid on the 15th and 30th of each month.
3. Healthcare & Benefits
- US Employees: While we don't offer medical benefits, we provide a generous stipend toward your healthcare.
- Australia Employees: Please discuss healthcare benefits with Kate.
- 401K: Available for US employees.
- Equipment: As a fully remote company, you may use your own equipment or participate in our WFH (work-from-home) policy.
4. PTO & Holidays
🏖 Vacation Leave
At Pluralis, we believe time off is essential for wellbeing, creativity, and sustained high performance. As a fully remote company, we trust our team to manage their time responsibly.
- Australia:
Employees receive 20 days of paid annual leave per year, in accordance with the National Employment Standards (NES).
- USA:
Pluralis offers unlimited vacation for exempt employees, subject to manager approval and reasonable notice. For non-exempt employees, vacation accrual may vary per local labor regulations.
