Welcome to Pluralis Research. This handbook outlines key onboarding steps, policies, and operational norms. We keep things simple and trust-based. Use your best judgment — and when in doubt, ask.-----🧭 Guiding Principles:
- Don’t waste money. Spend judiciously like it's your own — because it is. We win together.
- Act, don’t ask. We hire for judgment. Use it. Share decisions in batch updates.
- Double up on everything as marketing content. If it's interesting internally, it's probably interesting externally. Write it up.

🧳 Travel & Expense Policy
We have no formal policies — just principles:
✈️ Travel Guidelines (Australia-first):
Pluralis follows a practical flight class approach:
- Flights under 4 hours: Economy class only
- Flights between 4–8 hours: Economy preferred; Premium Economy permitted if traveling for work or arriving directly into meetings
- Flights over 8 hours or red-eyes: Business class is permitted — no pre-approval needed, but please include a short note for context (e.g., long-haul travel, working upon arrival)
- Hotel cap: $450 AUD/night in most cities
- High-cost cities (e.g., Sydney, Melbourne CBD during peak events): $600 AUD/night
- You’re welcome to book where convenient — if costs exceed the cap, please provide justification when expensing
- Flights under 6 hours: Economy class
- Flights over 6 hours or red-eyes: Premium economy or business class is permitted — just include a brief note if choosing business
- Book early for best rates, and feel free to optimize for productivity (e.g., avoiding layovers)
