The monthly / yearly overview has two views- This Month Overview where the filter is applied to only have the overview of the current month and the All Months Overview contains the overviews of all the months of that year to have a comparative analysis and records. You just need to switch between those two views of the database accordingly.
On the 1st of each month a new tab will be added against that month to log the financial overview for that month.
Things needed to be done manually:
- Type the leftover balance of the previous month into the starting balance of the new month to have a record of your total balance by the end of every constitutive month.
- Add the pages in finance income to link all your sources of income in that particular month.
- Add the pages in finance expense to link all your sources of expense in that particular month.
- In the notes section you can record any major transaction, changes or thoughts that you need to remember for a long term.
Rest will be automatically calculated and renewed each month.
